Mission
Bringing healthy meal prep to the Central Coast! Our mission is to provide high quality, healthier versions of your comfort food favorites making clean eating fun and sustainable for everyone.
Menus
Our menus change weekly and are updated every Monday evening. We offer two hot meal options, one salad option and one soup per week. Orders must be placed by Friday at 3PM for pickup the following Monday. Local pickup is in Oceano and you will receive a confirmation email Saturday with pickup address and info. You can also order for delivery of our meals through Harvestly online marketplace. Visit Harvestly.co and scroll to the "prepared foods" section. Orders through Harvestly are delivered on Tuesdays.
Ingredients
We use the freshest ingredients! Each of our sauces are made from scratch (hence the name!). Our proteins are high quality with some being all organic and our veggies are hand selected to ensure we are using the best & freshest quality.
